Is anyone aware of any library routines that might be made available to someone wanting to decompress Johnson-Grace ART image data?
The answer used to be "go to Johnson-Grace and buy their software" (for beaucoup bucks of course). But I think J-G is out of business; selling a proprietary compression scheme is hard. AOL owns whatever's left. Try asking around at AOL.
I recently heard that AOL is working on a Netscape plugin to decode ART, but when and under what terms it will be released is anyone's guess.
