Most of the images I deal with are 32-bit floating point. Those Nikon TIFF images were just ones I was using to test some re-worked code.

I can readily change my defaults to use LZW instead of DEFLATE. I've been using deflate as it compresses the FP images better.

I found the information on the predictor tag, I "assume" that it may be worth setting for those big FP files.
