Hi,
We have a TIFF viewer that runs under Win 3.1x and Win95. It is copyright Monash University Library, Melbourne, Australia. While not in the public domain, there are no current or planned charges for its use. It is not fully developed yet, but it does the job - includes a dll which can do fast printing to a QMS printer. Developed in Delphi using the Accusoft vbx engine. Can be obtained from www-libsysdev.lib.monash.edu.au or www-berwick.lib.monash.edu.au.
