I know the tag StripOffsets, but I want to calculate the exactly value of the page offset wich is shown for example in the program AsTiffTagViewer. I think it is the value of StripOffsets and another, but I never get the right value.

I'm sorry I missed this, I wasn't in the office at the time of your post.

If you are referring to the value shown in the 'Page offset' box, on the 'Statistics' panel, that's the offset of the actual IFD, not any strip or tile or so.
