When using tiff2pdf I get the following error messages:
TIFFReadDirectory: Warning, ./test.tif: unknown field with tag 32934 (0x80a6) encountered.

Bus Error
The only meaningful message is the last one. It indicates pointer alignment problems in the code. Do you have the same problem when converting that file with other utilities (tiff2rgba, tiffcp)?
