Hi,

I have now finished working on the LibTIFFW 015 code to make it work in Windows 3.1. I would like to know if you would be interested in testing it. I don't know if Sam Leffler has any remarks on making the code publicly available for test, and cannot promise that you will get the code before it has been tested for an extended period of time. This letter has the sole purpose of finding possible testers of the software.
