I am looking for suitable software that can de-compression a selected portionof a grey scale 8 bit JPEG file. The original image is about 6K by 4K lines. I need to de-compress a 1024 X 768 window out of the whole file. The origin of the de-compress window should be selectable by parameter passing. Anyone know where i can get this OR is interest to supply this software, please reply via e-mail.
