I am transforming a TIFF Picture into a JPEG Thumbnail and I get to see this warning: Unknown field with tag 34665 encountered warning.

That's the EXIF IFD tag, see

On the search page of this section, you can, amongst others, simply type your tag code.

The warning doesn't really matter, unless you're specifically interested in the EXIF information of course. Image decoding using LibTiff should still work fine, the warning can be safely ignored.
