Probably I am the only person who received the attached image. However, I did previously forward your image to several libtiff developers and there has been a little bit of investigation.

Since there is obviously a bug, I recommend opening a bug report in the libtiff bug tracker so that it will get fixed.

Libtiff developers work on libtiff part time so an issue in the tracker helps remind about issues that still need to be fixed.
