I am trying to download libtiff and it does not seem to be downloadable from the master or mirror ftp site. Libtiff seems to be a dependency for GRASS. Can I have some assistance in downloading the library?

I maintain a mirror of the libtiff files at "ftp://ftp.graphicsmagick.org/pub/libtiff/".
