I have received some Tiff image stacks and I encountered issues

There is no "physical size" tag that I'm aware of. What TIFF files store is the size in pixels as well as the resolution in pixels/"some unit". The physical size can be computed from these values. What you're using to view the tags obviously does some interpretation so I can't tell exactly what is missing (the output of tiffinfo would be more useful). It looks like some or all of these tags are missing or invalid for the images:
TIFFTAG_XRESOLUTION
TIFFTAG_YRESOLUTION
TIFFTAG_RESOLUTIONUNIT
