A little vague on the specs there. You don't give any indication of what the images look like that might allow an unattended program to determine the slope. What is the program supposed to look at in determining the slope? Are these images of simple geometric shapes against a black background or a forest of trees? Sounds like a mighty tall (and vague) order for a completely unattended solution if the program is supposed to somehow interpret the image and determine how to level it.
