Yes, because we're now passing TIFFSetClientData() the *address* of the file handle instead of the *value* of the file handle. (And I don't see an equivalent change of how his is correspondingly handled in tif_unix.c and tif_win32.c.)

The issue that change was trying to fix seems to be a (failed) attempt at doing the same thing as the 2008 patch?
