How do you turn on OJPEG_SUPPORT?

I've done the define (and JPEG_SUPPORT) and have the jpeg code, but I get:

libtiff.lib(tif_codec.obj) : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _TIFFInitOJPEG

Where does TIFFInitOJPEG come from?
