Would it be possible for someone who has been able to get a successful compile under CYGWIN to send a package over the the cygwin group for inclusion in their distribution? I, for one, have not been able to get libtiff to compile under cygwin for a very long time. And the version in the cygwin distribution is extremely old (v3.7.0beta2, I think).

I've tried compiling on Win2K and WinXP without success. I'm using the latest cygwin and tiff from the cvs.
