I while back, I downloaded a "power user addon" for Win95 from the Microsoft site. This addon shows up as "AnyFolder...OtherFolder" in the "SendTo" menu (right click on a file) in Explorer. This allows me to copy/move the file to any location that I can describe with a UNC name, including printer queues, ie. \\pserver\queue. This is great for printing postscript files that I get off of the net, 'cause I just send them to my laser printer queue. I would suppose that you could do the same thing for a TIFF file. Perhaps you can find this addon, or something similar, for WinNT. I haven't tried it myself on NT, but I could give it a shot on NT 4.0 if you'd like.
Regards,
Ken
