Hi,
according to this comment

the currently missing DNG Tags were supposed to be part of libTIFF 4.6. Currently I am unable to create TIFFs with TIFFTAG_EP_CFA_PATTERN using the system libTIFF version on Archlinux that is built from https://download.osgeo.org/libtiff/tiff-4.6.0.tar.gz.
Am I doing something wrong, is the remaining `#if 0` an oversight or has the functionality regressed since libtiff 4.4 and I need to link against an older version of the library?
